Working from the very first session to isolate and shift the source of your discomfort, individual appointments can be online or in person and last up to 90 minutes. We use a combination of various talk and body-based tools.

Using a unique strategy, Katrina and Susan work individually with each person before eventually meeting as a group. Each person and the union that relationship creates requires deeper understanding and fresh perspectives.

Sometimes we need fresh perspectives, tools or support from outside the relationship.
Drawing from a range of techniques, My Body Therapy brings a multi-disciplinary approach to couples work, recognising from the outset that each person is different and will require unique guidance.
We work individually with each partner in a number of sessions before coming together to practice new ways of relating in a supported experience
